At Bradley Chocolate, our story is one of tradition, passion, and a commitment to the craft of chocolate-making. Over a century ago, in 1908, our great-grandfather founded the original Bradley Chocolate in Indianapolis, Indiana. With a deep love for chocolate and a dedication to quality, he created confections that became a local favorite, crafted with care and the finest ingredients available.
Though the original company faded into history, the passion for chocolate never left our family. Inspired by his legacy, we have revived Bradley Chocolate with the same guiding principles—simplicity, craftsmanship, and integrity.
Today, we stay true to our roots by crafting pure, two-ingredient chocolate, focusing on the essence of cocoa itself. Sourced from sustainable farms and made in small batches, our chocolate celebrates both tradition and innovation.
What started in Indianapolis in 1908 now continues as a modern tribute to our family's heritage—
proving that great chocolate stands the test of time.
Our Ingredients
Our Ingredients are simple - Cocoa Beans and Sugar.
Sometimes we add organic milk powder to make milk chocolate, and occasionally cocoa butter for smoothness, but pretty much just Cocoa Beans and sugar.
We source our cocoa beans from sustainable, free trade farms around the world within 20 degrees of the equator.
